Terms & Conditions


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email as soon as the product is available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

When you place an order and make a full payment, you will receive an email acknowledging a receipt of your order. This is not an Order Acceptance from Novo Jewellery. Our acceptance of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered. 

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our Website. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. All of our prices are in the British Pound Sterling and you will be billed in British Pound Sterling.


If the item you are interested in is sold out please email info@novojewellery.co.uk to pre-order.


Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or Courier.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from initial transaction and once payment has been cleared, if item is available and in stock. 
In the event that an item becomes out of stock or unavailable whilst processing the order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours with a revised expected delivery date. Delivery will usually be between 7-10 working days.
An email will be sent to notify you that your item is on it's way, tracking information will be provided within the email.

Novo Jewellery is exchange only. 
All items must be returned in it's original unused condition with packaging in tact.
No exchanges will be given on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges will not be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging. 
Customers are liable to pay for any additional costs if the item is being exchanged for a more expensive item. 
No refunds will be given for the difference of an exchange for a cheaper item. 
Exchange requests must be made within 1 week of the customer receiving the item in question.
All customers are liable for their own shipping fees.


Refunds are not given at any time due to hygiene reasons. 
A replacement item will be sent if there is a manufacturing issue of which an image is required.

Faulty claims must be made within 1 week of receiving the item in question and must include proof of purchase and order number.
Replacements will be dispatched within approximately 2 working days if the item is in stock, after we have approved your replacement request.
